Shag Rock was a local sea stack and about four times it's current height, but collapsed in the 22nd February 2011 earthquake. The Christchurch Photographers Group met here this morning for a possible sunrise but the cloud cover was too thick. Taken with a Takumar M42 17mm (fisheye) lens on an APS-H (1.3x crop) body.

Nespresso pods. I love coffee, always will. I know that it's something like creazy to shoot things like this, but for me, this objects are just perfect looking, like all the Nespresso stuff by the way. Strobe : 1 * 1/4 top through small softbox triggered by cactus V5, white reflectors front left and right.

More kittens at my friend Maries cattery. These nine babies comes from two litters, but there are only four days between them, so they are raised communily by their two mothers. They are here about four weeks old.
More to follow.

Our kitty pile. Sofia and Sam are both 16 and Stella is 2. So I am intent on getting some memories of the older cats. They are all sable burmese. Which is a wonderful and loving breed. Note the gold eyes, and the coat which has a lighter undercoat. Sam and Sofia have lost fur above their eyes which is a sign of older age. These cats burrow under blankets, covers or whatever. They also all respond to their names like little dogs.
Taken for the Macro Mondays' challenge, "chain", on 9 December 2019. The image shows part of an old, crusty dog collar.
Taken for the photography help and tips group on fb, however anyone can feel free to pile me up! (Never done this before, so be kind lol.) Make sure you tag me or post what you come up with in the comments! :O How exciting!
So far we have not had much snow in Utah this year. There have been a few storms but they have only dropped a thin blanket of snow. That has not stopped the busy grounds crew at BYU from scooping all of it up and delivering it into one big piles like this one in the middle of campus.

This is how the rescues came to me - all hiding under a single hide. Granted, this is after I removed about 4 inches of sand and the hundreds of buried dead crickets under and in the sand.
Anyhow, Jinxie is the pink one in the middle-ish of the pile.
