Macro Mondays 'hook' theme.
We still have picture rails in our home and at one time had a few of these hooks though as we don't generally use the rails for hanging pictures I could only find one when it came to taking my photo for MM.
The hook measures 2" at the widest point.

Puppy picture!
85 days old, getting a taste for snow. I wasn't so sure at first, but that passed quickly.

When spring arrives so do the Eastern Bluebirds. The morning was a chilly one, but the bluebirds were very active. So unusual to get a clean shot like this one.

This is the last picture I took of Bud the robin who has since disappeared after spending numerous months following me around my garden and being hand fed cheese. I'm hoping it is due to finding a mate and not being the victim of a local cat. I'm hoping this little bird will return.
