My Raspberry pi running in a 25mm double gang metal box. The lights can be seen through the blanking plate. Love it!
Mmmm. Juicy innards. It's clear at a glance which bit does all the work. The KA228 is a basic 5-dot LED driver that takes a voltage input ( from the microphone in this case ) and lights up the LEDs ( or switches on the EL wire ) depending on the volume level.

Oh I loved knitting this thing so much! Loved! I would knit a million Pi shawls if only I knew how to wear one – it kinda looks like I'm wearing a table cloth, doesn't it? :-D
