Every year, June also marks the beginning of sardine season around here. And any excuse is good enough to get a batch such as this one, put them on slices of bread and have a peppers salad on the side.

Yum, yum.

January 12/2010. I bought this broken ass camera at a Salvation Army store last year for 10 dollars. I thought it was pretty.

I'm addicted to these starbucks cake pops!

They're VERY GOOD!

And what better to photograph than Wonder Woman? Yes, I'm a dork, yes I'm a geek, you got a point? Wonder Woman has been my favorite comic book character since I was a child. Guess it just never faded away... :) This is the newest design for her. I like it, though the traditionalist in me misses her old costume. But, she looks good!

Although I studied art theory and practiced it in school ... and still "study" it today in some form or other ... through reading about Heide, the Reeds and their influence on modern art in Melbourne. Great discovery for a winter's day.

We can only see so far ahead in the road of life. Stop for advice, react to obstacles discovered, and don't get distracted trying to predict the path unseen. (weekly theme: "Get Out and Explore" | recess/free time).

Can't go on the maiden voyage unnamed. Any suggestions? I'm thinking that "The Beam" sounds just right. We'll also need more duct tape to hold the roof down, lol. (weekly theme: "black and white" | monochrome)

Spent the last two days being sick ... so I've seen lots of the underneath of this ceiling fan!

Ok, so not what I intended for today's themed shot ... but once I saw that this map had an unexpected extra feature, I had to take this photo.
