Let me just tell you, this band rocks the hell out. Think Tool/APC meets Metalica meets bjork. They are such a mix of styles/genres/personalites. The magical mesh that is Shadow Flag can only be truly told if I were standing next to you at their show.
They made it to the semi-finals for the Zippo Hot Tour. I'm glad they are really true musicians, heck they have their own lighting guy!
I am in photopost and after looking through all the photos I have about 325 to work with and break down out of the 830 taken. Not bad I'm doing better getting those numbers smaller. Takes time though :)
Check them out.
for now their myspace following isn't that large but they are flyer/promotions mogols They pack houses all the time.
:)

10.22.2010 - When leaving this a.m I looked at Mr.Zappy bag and decided - take the camera. (I usually do not.) Then, lunch didn't happen - "they" went to eat where I will not go. And then (andn), for the first time in 16 years a certain type of car, with certain types of angle-panels and a certain type of paint parked in just a certain ray of sunshine at just a certain time... viola! All that "certain" rubs together and puts my "window stickers" silhouette on my wall - when I normally would not be here, nor would Mr.Zappy normally be here, and so on and so on and so on.
Andn I got to put "andn" on my photopost -
The sands of time fall thru the hourglass and pile into a castle. And we all know what happens to castles made of sand.
Long day at Uni today. Felt very unmotivated and just didn’t really want to be there. I thought I should liven up the photo of the day and do something different. Make my day look like it was a bit more colourful.

The Deben PhotoPosts project is a public and community monitoring enterprise involving the Deben Estuary Partnership, Bawdsey Parish Council, and coastal scientist Helene Burningham of UCL. We have been installing PhotoPost sites around the Deben estuary and local coastline to support the monitoring of coastal change and inform decision-making and coastal management. Initial funding for the project was obtained through the Sustainable Development Fund provided by Defra and managed by Suffolk Coast & Heaths AONB.
Fixed-point photography (i.e. taking a photograph of a specific feature from exactly the same position) has been used for decades to monitor environmental change, and there are many examples of similar projects around the UK and beyond.
