I’ve been aiming to run everyday for a while now and I just love it. The thing is, if you aim to do it everyday, there will always be days during the week where you just can’t do it because you have too much on. So in saying that, I run about 4 times a week and always run about 4.3km which only takes about half an hour out of my day. I also use an app called RunKeeper, its free, tracks your runs, keeps a log of all your sessions and also gives you updates whilst you run like your average speed and distance. I would suggest it to anybody, its a really good tool. Stay fit, healthy and don’t over indulge, thats the key.
Went up to Canberra today with the family for a bit of light shopping. Whenever I’m in Canberra I try and run around the lake, which is one of my favourites runs and I did it in the afternoon with the sun going down, so nice. Felt tired when I got home though, at least I have Pepi to snuggle with and keep me warm

We had a great lesson in the studio today. Our teacher brought in a model and he did tutorials on different studio lighting for us. It’s a shame I felt so sick at the time but it was still good. I’m keen as to use the studio more now!

About that time again. My favorite holiday. I'm in photopost all today and tomorrow. Shot a dance studio and a concert ... mushroomhead w/ autumn offering. Should be a long but prosperous day. Stay tuned! :)

Let me just tell you, this band rocks the hell out. Think Tool/APC meets Metalica meets bjork. They are such a mix of styles/genres/personalites. The magical mesh that is Shadow Flag can only be truly told if I were standing next to you at their show.
They made it to the semi-finals for the Zippo Hot Tour. I'm glad they are really true musicians, heck they have their own lighting guy!
I am in photopost and after looking through all the photos I have about 325 to work with and break down out of the 830 taken. Not bad I'm doing better getting those numbers smaller. Takes time though :)

I’ve missed working with a visual diary for jotting down ideas and doodling. I spend a while doing that today, I find it to peaceful and it just clears my head…
