This was my Christmas present from myself to myself and it fitted into the photo shoot as part of the Bride's Trousseau. Jane just makes one feel relaxed and hence the shoot is all the more enjoyable and memorable.

I am the one that insists we make an unplanned stop to allow a photo opportunity. I am traveling with Hadley and twelve friends and family from Kentucky, The idea of passing an iconic place like the Golden Gate Bridge without stopping to take pictures goes against everything I am. So from the back of the tour bus I am politely but firmly directing the tour bus driver to please take the exit!

This is an unintentional double exposure from my first roll of film off of my new Yashica LM SLR camera. It came out so freaky cool that I had to share it. You can see the "Tall Figure IV" bronze sculpture to the left within the lampposts. The sculpture is by Albert Giacometti. The Urban Lights lampposts are by Chris Burden. Both works of art are at LACMA in Los Angeles.

I was gone all of yesterday because I was at my first people photo shoot, ever.

They were with my friends, and it went great. Then again, we had to walk 45 minutes to our destination, but we were sidetracked and took photos along the way. It was really fun, but I have no idea if photo shooting people is my thing. I'll probably do it again though, it was super fun anyways :)
