I wasn't able to gift a real dog... so I settled for a 'plant pet' version of a Scottie, among other things.

This little guy was supposed to kind of look like he'd been assembled out of different cut out pieces of paper, but I think if I did it again I'd do the tail and head separate pieces too so that it wasn't just his legs that had that "cut out" look.

Created using fawn stonehenge paper, graphite, archival ink pens, rubber cement, and some stranger ingredients including a plastic stir stick and black and white nailpolish.

I really like this whole pet line. I have the smaller versions of these 2 pets & these are just as adorable! These are larger and when you press their collar they say different phrases. I want both of these but I think I'm going to get the Snow White bunny 1st next time I go to Target :)

This is my big boy, Tigger. I know, real original name, but hey, I was twelve years old when he came into my life. So there. My cat Psycho (she eventually ran away) had a litter of kittens and Tigger was one of them. He is almost nine years old and he is part Maine Coon which is one of the largest breeds of domestic cats and he definitely shows it. He is quite a large cat with an abundance of fur. I mean seriously, you will see cat fur floating in your water or macaroni here, so if you are allergic, you might want to stay away from here. Lol. Maine Coons are known for their docile nature and are sometimes described as "gentle giants." Tigger has never scratched me intentionally and he is a very shy boy. And he is fun to snuggle with. :)
