Commercial rat removal in Stoneham, MA. Rats chewed their way into a commercial building in Stoneham, MA through this pipe chase. We set traps and have caught 5 rats so far. We will seal the opening after the entire colony has been captured. Tamper proof rodent bait stations will be placed around the building, filled with rodenticides (bait pesticide for rodents), to keep the rat populations under control.

Yellowjackets get rambunctious in the early fall. They can be trapped using orange soda and other sweet, fruit flavored liquids, as lures. This bottle trap has four "X" shaped openings just inches above the juice line. Using a knife, cut an "X" shape and push the flap inward. Fill the bottle with juice to below the openings and leave in an area with yellowjacket activity. Alternate lures include beer, fruit punch and pineapple juice. Change the juice twice a week (or more often in hot weather) to keep them fresh.

Choose a kitchen set that can blend with your home interior design to make it look harmonious. If your home designs modern style, do not choose a kitchen set with a design that is too heavy because it will not match.

Settlement Problems:

Foundation settlement problems are surprisingly common, mainly because buildings are heavy and some types of soil have poor load-bearing capability. Foundation settlement typically occurs when soil compresses (settles) or is washed away because of heavy rain or a water leak.

Wolf spiders are common in NY. They pursue their prey, rather than relying on webbing to capture prey. The female wolf spider will also guard the egg sac by carrying it on her back until the spiderlings hatch. Wolf spiders can deliver a painful bite, but their venom is not very potent.

www.buildassistmedia.co.uk With the growth of the internet and technology, videos have increasingly become a more powerful tool in getting more leads and growing one’s business. The commercialization of video editing tools and ease of sharing videos via video sharing sites such as YouTube has made the growth of the video industry explode rapidly.

So.................the smell in our flat that we thought was a leaky pipe in our laundry room was actually a dead, decomposing rat. Aren't we just the lucky buggers? We especially like how it chose to die on an exposed bit of flooring insulation so even if we could go into our laundry room for more than a minute without vomiting we can't exactly just scoop it up and chuck it in the bin. Anyone for rat soup?

Seen in Fowler, Indiana, this unusual car is a VW Bug based kit car. One of 6000 made between 1971 and 1981. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bradley_Automotive Thanks to another flickrite Dave_7 for the information posted on another members picture if this interesting car. I first saw this car, where it is, in Fowler, IN, ohhh maybe a year ago. On that day it was covered in snow and it was too dark. I made a mental note to try again another day. So, when I was in the area today, I searched this car out again, to get the pictures here.

Springtails are primitive, wingless insects that feed on algae, fungi and decaying plant material. They are common in moist areas and enter buildings through cracks and crevices. Springtails "jump" when disturbed using a structure called a furcula that snaps and propels them forward. To eliminate springtails, you must first remove the moisture conditions that favor their development. Pavement ants are small, two-node ants that are often observed outside on the pavement. However, these insects can also invade indoors in large numbers when a food source is available. The food residue on this knife is attractive to several ants. For more information check out our IPM for Ants page.
