Many of the same movements achieved in power lifting can be improvised on the Purmotion, just safer and easier. Anyone from beginner to advanced fitness levels can practice these moves. The “power clean and jerk” movement done with one linear barbell puts an extreme amount of weight on the wrists. This movement can only be accomplished by hyperextending the wrists backwards.

Located in Niceville, FL--just across the bridge from Destin and a short drive from Eglin Air Force Base, CrossFit Emerald Coast is not your ordinary gym. A personal fitness trainer is starting a business. I designed his logo and am in the process of doing other design work for him. He wanted to do a fitness shoot of him doing a training session, and this is one of my favorite shots from that shoot.
