Sunset in Phuket, Thailand.
Taken in an elevated position in the hills above Phuket.
Sunset and Palm Trees.
Taken in Bloody Bay, just above the 7 mile Negril Beach. Taken from Riu Tropical - the best place for sunsets...
the kind of sunset that makes the day complete in every way. Being there to take this was just....at peace.
This is house that is on the golf course near me. I have done no Photoshop work to this one apart from cropping it to make it stand out a bit.
These nine shots are a sequence of sunset shots from one of our nights on Anna Maria Island a few weeks ago. Hope you like them! It was one of a few nights where there were not too many clouds out.
so i saw this sunset on my way home from dinner with a friend, and panicked because of course i didnt have a camera. so i sped home grabbed the camera and ran around (with my dad) looking for a place where you could see the whole sky. of course the sky had completely changed by then, but it was still one of the prettiest i've ever seen. a lot of them came out badly cause i didnt have time to get a tripod and it got too dark and yada yada but this is probably the best one. :)
lately i have been living with my head in the clouds and looking at the world through a camera lens. it's different.
This was taken at a bar on the West End Road, it was Rockcliffe, but I believe it has now changed its name. Its about 500 yds before Rick's Café in the West end of Negril. This is a spectacular place to watch the sun set into the sea in front of you. Chill, relax and take in the sunset. Its my greatest spot on earth for sunset views (especially with a Daiquiri or Red Stripe to hand).
A spot that is unequalled on Earth.
Heavenly.
As some of you probably noticed...I love bright sunlit puffy white clouds. They take on great colors at sunset too!
only being there you will know what that means....
It's easy to get the feeling of being dwarfed at Muriwai. Powerful elements, the wind and sea, combined to form and now dominate this dynamic wildlife park.
Imagine the life blood of the earth, lava, spilled here from a massive undersea volcano. Where you now stand was born of fire from that eruption. This fire still rages beneath the surface.
Imagine its rhythm, beating as pulse echoing the heartbeat of the earth.
This Whole area is full of treasures from the wildlife that lives here, to the rich Maori history and geology. Signs beside the track give some insight into this region. Come with us as we begin to unravel some of its secrets and give you a taste of living on the edge of the wind.
