Tonight's menu was themed around the traditional cuisine of the Languedoc, and sat comfortably within the pantheon of classic French cooking; indeed, such a dish would not have seemed out of place in Escoffier's 'Le Guide Culinaire' (1903)- trois beurgers served 'sous oeufs' avec une fried tomate. And, as with all the French classics, the dish is only complete when served with an outstanding sauce. This evening's guest chef was Lindsey Davies.

Preview from my final Perfect Match entry.

Good god, I massively under-estimated the amount of time that would take. See...I was feeling rather uninspired. Writer's block. Something like that.

So I was up until about 6:30 in the morning working on this, then stopped so I could actually sleep, then got up and finished the remaining 4 pictures.

I think the story starts out strong, but 15 slide limit is bloody hard. So I don't really like how it turned out. But I could be biased because I had to cut out so many words that I left it feeling butchered.

I'm a bit nervous for voting to start because I have a feeling it will leave me highly embarrassed. But oh well, I can at least say I got it done!

Lucas is the cutest Sim-child I have ever had. <3
