A recent drawing of some Portsmouth landmarks: the mast of HMS Victory, the Guildhall, Spinnaker Tower, Southsea Castle, bandstand, War memorial, Round Tower and Cathedral.
I actually did this drawing a couple of weeks ago, so I can't be totally sure what it is - probably Quick Step! (It's kind of based on Matt and Sophie, although I can't imagine them ballroom dancing!)
Charcoal and pencil on paper about 24" x 18"

Since I hurt my ankle I've found it hard to sit still with my leg elevated, but last week I started watching Netflix's 'The Crown' (I cheated and started at series 4, but will probably go back one day!). I have mixed feelings about it - it's an enjoyable watch and goes a little way towards explaining periods in recent history that I didn't take much notice of at the time, however the way the Royals talk to each other I take with a pinch of salt. If you've seen it, what are your thoughts?
I decided to have a go at drawing my favourite member of the Royal Family, not everyone's cup of tea, but I do believe her heart was in the right place. I realise this isn't totally accurate, but hopefully she's recognisable in some way! She visited my city, Portsmouth, a few times, although I never got to see her here. My sister did though, and claims she smiled at my sister's hat!

This drawing of Elmer Fudd was done today, it was so hot outside, so I decided to unwind and do another drawing.
Izzy's portrait is colored pencil, commissioned for a Bonanza seller in 2010.
This is one of my worst drawings of eyes... Just not focused right.
Hi friends... this is a Charcoal pencil drawing of a cute little cub. It is approximately 10" X 10" soft charcoal pencil drawing on cold press watercolor paper, it took near about 20 hours of hard work to finish. I hope you all will like this drawing. Thank you. :-)
This drawing was influenced by my friend Hazel's portrait shot of Jerald! I thought he had a pleasant face and had a go at drawing him!

Challenge somebody to do a self portrait of themselves. Any medium, and of course post it. #pencildrawing #selfportrait
Another photo I found on Google Images that appealed to me.
