Don't know what these are called. Again this was shot at Lalbagh flower show, Bangalore, Karnataka, India using my recent purchase Tamron 18 270.

Like the previous photo of a patio table with snow, this bench seat covered with snow seemed like a fun shot to try for with pattern and contrast. Taken at the Quality Inn, Prescott Valley.

Corliss has always sewn. She learned this from her grandmother, who taught her to make quilts. This skill eventually evolved into clothing design and fabric sculpture. Now, everything old is new again, and we're incorporating quilt designs into polymer clay. This is as much textural as it is is about the patterns and color. These bracelets mimic piecework padded fabric. We're pretty sure grandma would like these.

When one just won’t do

What do snakeskin and florals and stripes have in common? Nothing. And that’s the way I like it.

While these patterns have nothing in common, the colors are either neutrals or reds and greens. That’s what makes this scarf, sweater, and dress (and three patterns) work together.
