This is one of those pictures that can change depending on what part of the picture you focus on. Do you look at the mint triangles that form the disconnected Stars of David? Or, do you examine the petite flowers in the midst of the stars? Notice that the overlapping stars share points with each other. If this one were not blurry, it would be one of my favorites.
Pattern includes easy to follow instructions.
Materials Needed:
Straight knitting needles, size US 7 (4.5mm)
100% Cotton Medium/Worsted Weight yarn [65 yards]
In any color you choose.
Stitches: knit & purl.
Skill: Beginner
Finished Size: 7.5"W X 8" H
Darning needle needed for finishing.

Again, these pieces are cut with 1/4" seam allowances on all edges.
The notches indicate center back.
The red outline on the upper collar piece indicates that it should be interfaced.
The under collar is slightly smaller than the upper collar.
Love this pattern! Thank you Jenny! Made this in a size small but I think I'll go up a size for next time as it's a little tight in the bust and underarms. I was right on the edge of the measurements for the small so should have known. Inspired by the other red plaid Tova shirts I've been seeing :)
Trying to see how well the 200-500mm does with small objects at a distance . . . haven't seen a dragonfly yet to try it on. The Bigma was great as a far reaching macro (if that's the correct term).
I added a new album with all my Plant Life . . . don't know why I never did it before--too occupied with birds and bugs, I guess.

I've often admired the Chinese women (and some men) in New York who combine patterns in their outfits, usually plaids and flowers in loose shirts and trousers. I especially like this woman's combination. The child's isn't bad either.
Lately, I've been seeing tourists with striped t-shirts and checked shorts. Have they appropriated the Chinese ladies' style? Their patterns aren't as good, sorry.
My space dinosaur pattern with dinos in shades of blue, bright green, and white. Can't choose between dinosaurs or astronauts? Why not have both.

it's been so long since we've seen any color aside from grey here in poor Michigan. So I set aside some playtime for myself and doodled these sunflowers :)
The blue fabric was from an old skirt of mine and the brown and yellow was a piece of Robert Kaufman that I picked up...The button was off of an old jacket. I used Amy Butler's Hourglass pillow pattern.
