This pathway can be used to avoid some of the PI crowds. The small stage back there has already been walled off.
Edited with PS CS5, which is like returning to a past time, since I've been editing 100% with lightroom for the last year and a half. Some of my older photos were edited with CS2.

The pathway system in Reston includes over 60 miles of pathways with over 100 bridges. One of the most popular amenities provided by Reston Association, the pathways are used year round by residents for recreation as well as routes to work and shopping.
Damascus Community Pathways Project creates a more personal connection between the town of Damascus and the Appalachian Trail, offering hikers and loved ones a chance to purchase engraved bricks to be placed on the portion of the trail that runs through Damascus.

The Spiritual Pathway project at Clifton Parish Church in York has finally come to fruition. It was officially opened and dedicated by Archbishop of York John Sentamu on the evening of Friday 23rd September.

Concieved and designed by my good friend Helen Bower and made by a whole team of willing parishoners (along with individuals from further afield)she mobilised with help from organiser Lorna Siddons for a series of weekend classes held over several summers.
The new mosaic pathway connects the church to the street with a sequence of mosaic tiles, spelling out a quote from Isaiah 40:31 "Those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength, they will soar on wings like eagles", chosen to inspire the onlooker and to draw them toward the church.
