Patch: -Hehee... Hi! I'm Patch the Brave Knight. You look like Godzilla with your big legs and mini arms!
Nancy: -How rude!
Patch: -But it's a compliment! I love godzillas, I even have a baby one as a pet. He's over there -Yooohoo Zillo! Say Hi to Miss Nancy-, I'm teaching him how to chase asian hornets. They are a real threat to biodiversity, you see.
Nancy: -That's cool! What a great Brave Knight you are! Can you help me find the nearest city?
Patch: -I'm afraid I'm really bad at geography, Milady. But I can tell that you are on the famous DuDidier street, it goes from here to there, both inside and outside.
Nancy: -Ah. I think I heard that already.
Patch: -I love your outfit! It would look great on Zillo. Can I borrow it sometime?
Nancy: -¡absolutamente no!

I'm so fond of Patch the Brave Knight that I can't bring myself to change her outfit. I might need another Patch who will be wearing it all the time (and possibly build an army of brave knights lol). After all we never know when we'll need the help of a Brave Knight.
The girls were playing outside amongst the flowers one late afternoon. They looked so adorable in their flowery dresses, that Veronica, Patch's mum, abandoned the dishes and went out with the camera.
Mum: Girls!
Patch: Yes mum?
Pepper: Yes Mrs Wetherby!
Mum: I only have one photo left on this film. *Holding up the camera.* So please stand still and smile for me.
Patch: Will do.
Pepper: Of course Mrs Wetherby.
They lined up and just as Veronica hit the button, Patch went topsy-turvy.
Mum: Oh Patch!
Patch: Did you get it? Did you get it?! *Excited*
Pepper: Haha, bravo! I wish I could do that.
Mum: *sigh* Yes my little rascal, I got it. But I do want to get your pretty little face in a photo at some point.
Patch: Sure mum. I smiled though. Pepper, I will teach you how to do it, but it takes all you got and you will get dirty.
Pepper: Smashing!

CSX C670-26 begins its assault of the “west slope” of. Sand Patch Grade just west of Meyersdale. This train would be powered by a duo of SD70MACs, the trailing of which looked reasonably fresh.
Each year, the Great Pumpkin rises out of the pumpkin patch that he thinks is the most sincere. He's gotta pick this one. He's got to. I don't see how a pumpkin patch can be more sincere than this one. You can look around and there's not a sign of hypocrisy. Nothing but sincerity as far as the eye can see.
A well loved Patch doll has finally made it to Cooperstown. I got such a sweet note from the 70 year old seller, who played with her as a child. In the lot were some clothes that her grandmother made for her dolls. I will keep them (even if they're not genuine Sindy items) and cherish them for what they are.
Patch needs a cleanup before I introduce her to her Sindy sisters. Though I doubt she'll stay clean for very long...

Patch is Sindy's rascal of a little sister, produced by Pedigree from 1966 to approximately 1970ish.
I believe this one is from 1966. It says Made in England on the back of her neck and she has no markings on the torso.

I&M Rail Link SD40 203, built in 1966 for the Pennsylvania Railroad as their 6069, was leading SD45 382, a former Seaboard Coast Line motor, on train 264 on the Elgin Subdivision at B12 Interlocking in Franklin Park in 1998.
The patched 203 was still wearing Conrail colors and was passed on to the ICE when they took over in 2002.
It has since been scrapped.
This is the Teasel Patch I used to capture all the macros in. It was a good sized patch with many plants easily over 6 foot tall. Lucky for me there were some closer to the ground that still had some flowers on them.

I met Taz when out shooting with my brother and long time shooting partner @urbanscot
We were walking up one of the main streets with tram lines and there were a couple of patches of beautiful light coming between the buildings.
I saw Taz walking towards me and really loved her style, the hair and tattoos- how could I not ask for a portrait.
taz was really lovely and didn’t seem to find it too strange when I asked if we could move to the middle of the road to take the portraits as the light and the background was better.
Taz is a doctor in microbiology and we spoke briefly about her work. She was an amazing stranger to meet, and I was so happy that she agreed to make these portraits with me.
