Select Soldiers of the Maine Army National Guard competed in the state level of the Best Warrior Competition March 31- April 2, 2017. Soldiers had to complete a series of 14 warrior tasks in a 36 hour period. Winners of this competition will move onto the regional level in New Jersey. (Maine Army National Guard photo by Spc. Nice work from Pat! Pat's one of my favorites. This is actually two packs. I think she might have sent me two by mistake, but she's not getting any of them back. I might send her out some more tho.

Pat's Pantry is No. 3 in my series of jewellery box makeovers I have done during last year. I love miniatures but a dolls house is too big. I like doing individual projects. This is number 3 - This is one I did and gave to the girls in our local Caffe Nero to raise money for Guide Dogs for the Blind. I painted and distressed the jewellery box and then me and my mum made bread and cakes using fimo and salt dough, and packets and labels. Great fun, watch out for the next one.
