View of the Hancock Tower's ramp into the parking levels from the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel in Chicago
Turning the focus onto what has been providing me such good vantage points in the past few months.
The lines and texture on the different levels, concrete, glass, railing, steps...There is so much depth to get lost in. And of course there is the massive POP from the elevator doors.
Zoomed in view from the same point as the last one. I like the way Saddleback, the hill, the parking structure and the bridge look like a stack of different layers.
It was pointed out to me that this ramp isn't being built as planned. The corner was supposed to be opened up on the ground level so it wouldn't be a blind corner. Instead the on part of the ground floor with walls is at the corners.
