The parking ramp for Chase Tower in Milwaukee, with the Milwaukee Riverwalk falling and rising in front of it. The geometric appearance of this utilitarian structure catches my eye.
Notice the gentle slope on the riverwalk. On the left, it is sloping down from the level of Michigan Street. On the right, one branch of the riverwalk is sloping up to Clybourn Street, while another branch is sloping down to go under the Clybourn Street bridge. Also notice the periodic flat spots in the riverwalk profile. Those are flat landings, breaks in the slope, to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and increase riverwalk accessibility.
Other buildings visible include Chase Tower, the Wisconsin Bell building, 411 Building, and the Button Block turret at the far right.
The parking structure is located along the Riverwalk at 525 North Water Street.

Never had I seen anything like it... until this day. I still don't get how they add/remove cars, though.
