GKD used their special process to layout, apply the coating, match the panels and then install them all on site. GKD also supplied the engineering, substructure and mounting hardware.

Parking Structure 5,

4th St, Santa Monica, California,

USA

Walking back to the car after visiting a couple of friends and their beautiful newborn daughter, this was what the evening light presented in the parking structure.

When a city block of businesses burned down in the sixties, the question arose, "Now What?"

After a pause of the better part of a decade someone spoke up and said,

"I know! A Parking Lot!"

Why is the lot empty just before five on a Friday afternoon? It is always empty, except at night. It's empty because if you park here, and don't have a monthly parking permit tag on your windshield, your vehicle gets towed to Vic's Chevron. That's because the City realized they could sell the parking spaces by the month. So, since they only set the price at $14 per, local residents bought them up to have a place to park at night. If you walk around this town looking like you live here, you will be approached by a motorist who will ask you where you can park in this town, invariably.

The casino replaced their old HPS lights with our bright white LED lights in their parking garage, as well as outside the building in uplight illumination. It gave the casino better visibility, allowing cameras to record clear images for improved security.
