Our new colleague from the psycho-rehabilitation department took one week holiday. I participated in a photo-club with our clients instead of her. And we played cards together in the afternoon. I felt like a warder a bit. Next Friday I will tell them and I will manage the whole business in another way with more mature feeling for all of us.
The evening after work was even nicer - my colleague art-therapist took me to her favourite China restaurant and we had dinner there chatting about our ancestors a bit. Fine.

I make all of the papers by hand in Ottawa, Canada. Marbled papers are traditionally used as endpapers for bookbinding, but they have a wide range of other uses such as collage, origami, scrap-booking, greeting cards, framing, box-making, and other paper crafts.

Plain white printer paper was used. Typically the sheets were folded and bound together with elastic bands to make shapes. Lighting was provided by a desk lamp and torch - sometimes from above, sometimes below or sometimes alongside.
Post processing for the series was in Lightroom, for contrast and (in some cases) to use a negative light-curve.
This animal paper model is a Cat, created by Aybek Osmonaliev. The size of finished model is about 200 (H) x 234 (W) x 547 (D) mm.
