Because Kurt's game ran till 6:30pm, we decided to do what Kurt calls "Super Salad." This involves going to the local grocery store and picking up salad fixin's. We already have the salad at home (we buy it in bulk), so we're only getting the fun stuff we wouldn't normally have on our side salads.
We also saw this Cuban panini (pork, swiss, and dill pickles) that we just had to have. I also stole Kurt's idea for a sweet ending to dinner by adding some Splenda to some nonfat yogurt and adding strawberries and blueberries!!
Side note: Grace calls strawberries "red berries" most of the time. I guess she figures blueberries are blue, and strawberries are red, so they must be called "red berries"!

One of my prized possessions from my childhood. A 32 page sticker book from an italian company called Panini published in 1986. It cost $.35 for the album which was blank and you bought random packs of stickers (usually from the grocery store checkout aisle) to complete the album. There is no artist or writer credited but the artwork inside is too good not to share. If anyone knows the identity of the artist please share. Thanks!
