After the sunset I decided to stick around and shoot these palm trees against the cloudy blue sky, I'm glad I did!

I was trying to catch lightning. Too many city lights and the clouds were moving rather quick. 20 sec exposure at 200 --

These are pictures I snagged from an ebay auction way back in 2005. This is the Palmtree Instruments 'Airdrums' that was released in 1988 - a drum machine that you played by waving two MIDI enabled batons in the air. I noticed that there's next to nothing in terms of visual presence of these on the web - and absolutely nothing in terms of audio / video demos. Hopefully Matrixsynth will pick this up and motivate an Airdrum owner to do a Youtube demonstration. Or maybe even a sample set? Hmm?

I'm going to zoom in on that palm tree behind the pool.

palmtree panic wgat it is

An unusually large palm tree. Turns out it's a mobile phone mast "in disguise"!

I looked out the window this morning and everything had this "pink lemonade" kind of light on it. Only one thing to: grab the camera and go outside.

hold me in your everlasting arms
