I don't know who they were, -maybe a wholesaler pulling together some products under the same brand, a bit like Pam's in New Zealand who sell through Foodstuffs' supermarkets. The Fresh Pak brand also encompassed small goods, peanuts, fish fingers, rice, cordial and cheese among other things. Ads for their products appeared from 1938 and the last (on Trove) in January 1976. They seemed to be only sold in Woolworth's and afilliated stores. Apart from the biscuits above, they also 'made' Milk Arrowroot. The last biscuit ad I can find is in 1970.
