I loved the presentation of this dish. The stem ends of the Pak Choy were split and spread around the edges of the plate, while the main part of the leave was hidden under the omelette
These green and pink eggs are not dyed. They are special eggs that last a long time. They are buried in the mud and the color of the egg inside is black. They are a delicacy and you can have one for about $1.50.
