Who you gonna call? Tankbusters!

A little filler post , a PAK-40 I made, based on a design I saw on Instagram and modified, I don't remember the man's name, I believe he was Russian, I will tag you friend when I find you!

Overall a slick build, it has low silhouette, can be towed if you add a neck bracket to the tails, the barrel has adjustable elevation.

Credz to ma boi PA :D

Really like the design. I might make it in a different color to go along with something else but thats just in the plans. Hope you guys like the photo, enjoy!

Built this with a few pieces lying around thought I'd post it.

This is a Pak 38 I made last night it's not the best quality picture but it's 1/35 and C & C welcome.

I always wanted to style these PAK pieces together, as I love the cardigans (these are the first issue wool versions with the knitted in waistbands) and simple striped tops the best ... and for a nice change from the capri pants I also favour, I thought I would show them with some fabulously full PAK skirts, including my newest one, that full black skirt! Who better to wear them than my two Fashion Queens? (The repro one on the left, the vintage Wig Wardrobe Fashion Queen head I just got last week on the right, with the FQ wigs.) I love the way the cardigans nip in at the waist when the gals wear them, which, along with the skirts, give those rather loose striped tops a great shape!

Pak Ji Hong is the owner of one of my favorite music bars in Hongdae called Strange Fruit. I have a lot of fond memories of this bar as it's where my friend Stephan and I spent many nights discussing the meaning of life over a double shot of whisky. The evening I shot this a band was performing and left a small disco light on one of the tabletops. I aimed it at Jo Hong and took this portrait of him.

German Pak 40

The 7.5 cm Pak 40 (7.5 cm Panzerabwehrkanone 40) was a German 7.5 centimetre anti-tank gun developed in 1939-1941 by Rheinmetall and used during the Second World War. Pak 40 formed the backbone of German anti-tank guns for the latter part of World War II. Development of the Pak 40 began in 1939 with contracts being placed with Krupp and Rheinmetall to develop a 7.5 cm anti-tank gun. Priority of the project was initially low, but following the invasion of the USSR in 1941 and the unexpected appearance of heavily armoured Soviet tanks such as the T-34 and KV-1, it was given an increased priority. The first pre-production guns were delivered in November 1941.
