Two bunches, so expensive too. These were the only ones not already wilting.
I turned them into a Cantonese vegetable dish, sautéed with diced garlic and soy sauce.

The first potrait I took when I reached Sunda Kelapa, Jakarta.
His name is Pak Nurdin and he hails from the Sulawesi Islands but has been in Jakarta for the past 30 years, he has been working as a fisherman in his early years but nowadays he just rows the sampan to bring the people from one side to the other.
He mentioned that at times he has to stay by the Sunda Kelapa port for a few days just to make enough money to bring to his family.
So, as I was talkig to him there was a great sense of warmth and joy as he began to share his life story as young man till now, I was happy that I spoke to him and got to take his pictures.
SUNDA KELAPA : Sunda Kelapa is the old port of Jakarta. In the original name, it is known "Sunda Kalapa" (from Sundanese words). The port is situated in Penjaringan sub-district, of North Jakarta, Indonesia. Although Sunda Kelapa today only a small port of Jakarta, this port is important for the development of this city. Jakarta has its origins in Sunda Kalapa and the village around it.
