This outfit by Mossu reminded me of an old Noodle Western I saw long ago that was based on retro pulp fiction with a dash of dystopia. I wish I had put a poppy in the tip of the gun, that would reflect more me....

"Pulp Fiction"
One of the most influential films of the 1990s, Pulp Fiction is a delirious post-modern mix of neo-noir thrills, pitch-black humor, and pop-culture touchstones.
Starring John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson, Bruce Willis, Tim Roth, Ving Rhames, and Uma Thurman,
This is the start of a sort of graphic novel called "The Case". The next six frames already exist and I will carry on with it till I get bored (or to the end) whichever is sooner.

While I was having a Coke at a corner drink stand, scrolling through the photos I had just taken, this girl walks over to my table and shyly asks if I would take her photo. And the rest is history. 😁 The pose was all hers, by the way!

Used spot metering on this one. I like spot metering. No post processing except for a slight increase in the contrast.
This photo reminds me a little of the scene in Pulp Fiction where John Travolta opens the suitcase. It need not remind you of the same.
I'm tired. Not going to be around much. I miss all my contacts...

"The night of the fight, you may feel a slight sting. That's pride fucking with you. Fuck pride. Pride only hurts, it never helps."
"You feel that sting big boy? That's pride fucking with you!"
MUCH BETTER HERE...View On White
Okay, so Tarantino doesn't have too many bald guys in his movies, and a bald Jules or Vincent wouldn't work. So, I had to channel my inner Marsellus and make myself black. THAT took some work!!! I then did a second shot and channeled my inner Butch and made sure he was off in the distance. Used a little lighting effect that is really hard to see here, and VOILA! *edit* I realized it was waaaaay too dark, so i lightened it a bit...
Hope you likey...
For FGR - Who wants to be Mr. Pink? (aka In Tarantino We Trust)
and for Gooner's sake, this is from Pulp Fiction...*doh!*
Linda got one of those cybermen head/voice changer things and we were wondering what Dr Who would be like on a low budget...

just messing about at home today, i seem to have acquired a load of props that i want to use for 365, so i had a bit of fun playing around with these toy guns.
D200, tripod, sigma 10-20, remote, self timer, sb-600 on stand above camera, two toy guns and one suit.

You never can tell - Chuck Berry
It was a teenage wedding, and the old folks wished them well
You could see that Pierre did truly love the madamoiselle
And now the young monsieur and madame have rung the chapel bell,
"C'est la vie", say the old folks, it goes to show you never can tell
They furnished off an apartment with a two room Roebuck sale
The coolerator was crammed with TV dinners and ginger ale,
But when Pierre found work, the little money comin' worked out well
"C'est la vie", say the old folks, it goes to show you never can tell
They had a hi-fi phono, boy, did they let it blast
Seven hundred little records, all rock, rhythm and jazz
But when the sun went down, the rapid tempo of the music fell
"C'est la vie", say the old folks, it goes to show you never can tell
They bought a souped-up jitney, 'twas a cherry red '53,
They drove it down to Orleans to celebrate the anniversary
It was there that Pierre was married to the lovely madamoiselle
"C'est la vie", say the old folks, it goes to show you never can tell
...the path of man-fearing is threatened from all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and beings from the tyranny of evil men. Blessed be he who in the name of charity and good will lead the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly the shepherd of his brother and the researcher of the children lost. And my justice will fall upon them with great vengeance and furiosissimo indignation on those who try to ammorbare and finally destroy my brothers. And you know that my name is the Lord when I will drop my vengeance upon you
