Statues of two of the four heavenly kings (powerful beings said to defend the four cardinal directions from demons), which were a feature of the gate to every temple I visited.
Gyeongbokgung (경복궁, 景福宮), aussi appelé palais de Gyeongbokgung ou palais de Gyeongbok, est un palais royal situé au nord de Séoul en Corée du Sud. D’abord construit en 1394 puis reconstruit en 1867, il est le principal des cinq grands palais construits sous la dynastie Joseon. Le nom du palais, Gyeongbokgung, signifie « palais du Bonheur resplendissant ». Sa porte principale est la porte de Gwanghwamun.
Presque entièrement détruit par le gouvernement japonais au début du xxe siècle, l’ensemble du palais retrouve petit à petit sa forme originelle.

The Cementerio de la Recoleta is one of the prettiest (if you're into that sort of thing) and certainly one of the most ostentatious cemeteries in the entire world. It's not a garden, like many in the United States, but is of the European variety with mausoleum upon mausoleum.
With the exception of Eva Peron (whose family mausoleum is very modest by this cemetery's standards), there aren't many famous folks buried here. (There are 21 Argentine presidents, but hardly anyone outside of Argentina would be able to name any of them.)
All told, you can easily spend a few hours here as a photographer, though I recommend doing it on a sunny day for best effect.

I am from an ancient line of protectors. There are things in this world that are real, but people don't believe in them. That's where I come in. I protect the things that need protecting and slay the things with sinister motives. That is how it is supposed to work, but recently an organization showed up called The White Knights. They capture these things and experiment with them. Normally I would be fine with that, I wouldn't have to fight so many things, but the White Knights are indiscriminate. They will take any of the things, even good ones. So now I have to stop them, before they get them all.
