She was very protective over her nest. If I got too close she'd bite at my camera. But I gave her some bread so she would ease up a bit. I had to go to work so I couldn't take anymore

I was aiming for a really gothic skyline, threating Batgirl like black daggers but, I dunno, it looks Star Wars-y the way it finished up? Still fun to do though!

The Protector
I'm currently in this long and confusing process of figuring out who I am and what I want to do in my life, but all I know is that protection does not come in a bottle. It is in me, in my actions, in my thoughts. I am the best medicine for myself. I am the cure and the disease...
What the name of the goddess means remains uncertain. Names of ancient Egyptian deities often were represented as references to associations or with euphemisms, being cult secrets. One recent suggestion by Stephen Quirke (Ancient Egyptian Religion) explains Bastet as meaning, "She of the ointment jar". This ties in with the observation that her name was written with the hieroglyph for ointment jar and that she was associated with protective ointments, among other things.
The name of the material known as alabaster might, through Greek, come from the name of the goddess Bastet. This association would have come about much later than when the she was venerated as a protective lioness goddess. (Source Wiki)

Super pumped for this movie, just got my tickets today!
Wasn’t a huge fan of how lanky LEGO’s Great Protector looked, so I took it apart entirely and made a new one with better proportions. Was going to use those large hinge pieces from the original build, but ended up scrapping them for normal ball joint pieces. The dragon is much thicker now but can stand on its own without the the water base.
What do you guys think? Comments are always welcome!

Jessie perfectly stated " we spent the day chasing graves, sunlight and secret waterfall".
Thought about the title? When we went to value village and picked the "best book". The novel is called The Lord Protector. Nothing original or thoughtful.

Whilst new males can cause havoc and upset when they take over a pride, they are generally good fathers offering a good degree of safety and protection. This shot from a sequence of images clearly shows the other side of a male’s nature as both he and the cub are totally relaxed in each other’s company. A little bit of rough play followed, but that was simply part of the growing up and learning process that the cubs go through. In Africa, the strongest survive.
Photographed at 06:38 in golden early morning light at ‘Sankai Rock’ near the Kicheche Bush Camp.
Catching the first sun lights is always a particular moment. The fresh snow and the Autumn colors gave such a stunning atmosphere to the area. This orange patch gives a perfect tone to the picture, love it.
