Dieses Foto habe ich im Sommer 2015 an der Nordsee gemacht. Ich glaube, dass die Schafe gerne UNTER der Bank liegen, weil es da schön windgeschützt ist. Der Zaun um die Bank auf dem vorherigen Foto soll das wohl verhindern :-)
Ich habe heute kaum Zeit mich auf einer Bank auszuruhen, denn ich bin mal wieder in einer Küche im Einsatz. Euch einen entspannten Samstag!
This picture was taken in summer 2015 at the North Sea. I think the sheep like to lie UNDER the bench, because it protect them well from the wind. The fence around the bench on the previous photo should probably prevent that :-)
I have hardly any time today to rest on a bench, because I am once again in a kitchen in use. Have a relaxed Saturday!
Under looming skies to the east, Amtrak's Southwest Chief No.3 passes the semaphores protecting the West Ojita Siding Switch at Ojita, NM. Those same clouds would produce strong and heavy snow showers closer to Raton Pass, making road travel quite treacherous. These signals would be removed from service a few weeks later and replaced by new modernized equipment.

Large group of elephants having an absolute BLAST in a local mud hole. It was pretty dry at Hluhluwe- Lmfolozi safari park. It badly needed much more rain, but these beautiful creatures were living in the moment and it was wonderful to see.
It was supremely hot! Elephants bathe in mud to cool down their bodies due to very few sweat glands. They struggle to regulate their temperature so the mud acts as a natural sunscreen, protecting their skin from the harsh sunlight while also providing a barrier against insects and parasites.

CPKC's empty northbound ballast train 3GPS starts down the depression under the Government Bridge in downtown Davenport, IA. The pumps are working overtime to keep the depression clear of water.
The railroad would lose the battle in a few hours as the mainline was shut down near Mound St with floodgates closed to protect the water plant.

These Three Elephants were trying to protect their Two babies. Soon our Jeep stopped to capture them, they nicely lined up giving me an opportunity.
View large, you may able to see baby Elephants in between them. One has raised its trunk.

Age Old Palace With Clock Tower And a Temple on the right side. The Pond is generally a part of the Temple Complex. All fish here are protected, The devotees feed them with food sold at the area. Hence all fish stick to the shore....It is located in Kerala. India
Male leopard (Panthera pardus) known locally as the Flat Rock Male was trying to rest after his large portion of impala. However, the local white backed vultures were gathering and the annoyed leopard was forced to get up and chase them off. MalaMala Game Reserve, South Africa
