The Canon EOS 5D Mark II EF 24-105/4L IS USM was my workhorse until I got the Nikon D800 & D800E with the 70-200 mm 2.8 VR2 zoom.
Canon, Nikon, you can't go wrong with the pretty 45surf model goddesses! (Though the D800 is my new love.)

Every photon that hits my Nikon D800e's sensor does it by surfing the fourth expanding dimension, which is moving at c relative to the three spatial dimensions, or dx4/dt=ic!

The lil Gundam has alot of accesories, including a big ass rifle that can be taken apart and stored neatly in his backpack (affects balance). Nicely colored and detailed. Only thing I didn't like was the poor range of movement on the legs.

The iPad Pro Smart Cover and Silicone Case arrived.
But iPad Pro not, one more 10 days to arrive.

Did not order the Apple Pencil, at least for now.
An update for my 'book-shelf. Only 2 of the 'Book is mine. The rest are clients'. But the rest of the stuff you can see other than the "book" is mine :D

I"ve wanted one for a long time , because the one we had before broke. We couldn't decide whether to get the smaller artisan one or the pro one, the pro one had fewer colors and the artisan one had a yellow one which i liked . I wanted to go with this one because it's more powerful and the color reminds me of a rainy day which is my favorite weather to cook stuff in . I have not used it yet because my cooking goal is to bake more stuff because I'm not that great at baking
This is a composite HDR image taken out at the Konza Prairie Trail. This is one of my first attempts at HDR. For a long time I have stayed away from HDR because of my general dislike of how it is used. But this week I have taken interest in the technique.
One HDR image was created for the sky and another HDR image was created for the grass. Each set had 7 RAW exposures at a relative f/stop of +0, -1, -2, -3, +1, +2, and +3 taken on a tripod. I used my hand to cover up the sunset in the latter so that there would be no reduction in contrast from a potential flare. I used HDR Efex Pro 2 to create two HDR images from the two sets of photos. HDR Efex Pro 2 creates a 32bit image to work from within PS. I found it important to keep the image in 32bits for some initial adjustments. I used a wacom tablet to make fine grain exposure adjustments by painting into a layer mask in both HDR images. For the sunset, I spent a lot of time painting in contrast and painting in slight color adjustments in a layer mask. Then I composited the two images together. Next I down-converted the images to 16bit images where I continued to make adjustments and clean up the image. Overall I spent quite a lot of time post processing this image.
I learned a couple of things from the exercise of creating this image. In retrospect, I would have used a piece of cardboard instead of my hand! If there was a way to anchor it to the lens that would have been even better. But the bigger thing is that I would have shot at a higher ISO (ISO 400 instead of ISO 100) for the foreground. It was somewhat windy and in my haste, I didn't realize the shutter speed was a little on the low end for some of the brighter exposures. Both of these issues made for a difficult post-process session.
