This is my boyfriend. He is 36, me 29. That makes him old. He wanted me to photograph his balding head.

This is our new cat, Pip. He's about six months old in this picture. We adopted him from the Michigan Animal Rescue League (MARL). He's a big boy. Once the newness has worn off and he settles in, there will be more pictures to come.

Pip and I headed up to Telemark (a x-country ski area in the Okanagan) to build a snow cave. There wasn't enough snow to build it, so while pip was digging out the cave, I shoveled snow on top of the cave. It collapsed on Pip during construction, so we gave up and slept on some pine bows. Later that night Josh showed up and rescued us with a tent. Overall: A great little adventure.
