In case some of you are not aware, me and fellow photographer Nick DiNatale are on a roadtrip around the country documenting animal shelters to raise awareness. Our goal is to show the current conditions of these shelters and bring in more volunteers and donators to better them. You can check out and/or donate to our cause here: sheddinghope.com
This little fella was at the Niagara SPCA in New York. Upon leaving, we overheard he will more than likely be getting adopted by the family we saw looking at him. They even had a child who had to be under the age of 6; happy to see a family like that opening their hearts to a pit! :)
Spent the last few months working my way through Fallout 3. I preordered the "Survival" edition of the game. It came with the Pip-boy 3000 and Bobble head. The bobble head is proudly displayed on my desk at work. This amazing piece of Vault-tec sits on my desk at home.
Cherry on the Tree Swing embroidery pattern from Aneela Hoey.
I'm so frustrated about the fabric I embroidered on! No matter what, I can't get out those wrinkles nad it's just so odd. But I'm so happy about my embroidery. This was my 1st time really filling in something and I was amazed at how well I did. And I absolutely love her little shoes.
This pillow finishes at a weird size 20"x16". I don't know how I did that math, but it was probably because I was working with pre-cut charm squares.
Fabric is from Aneela Hoey's line, Sherbet Pips.
Embroidery is also an Aneela Hoey design and can be bought here: www.etsy.com/shop/comfortstitching?ref=si_shop
