Having had a lovely afternoon at the Museum with the gorgeous Emma, I came home and took some photos. So pleased that I wore some nice lace top stockings for the day. An even more special thrill to compliment the excitement of Carolyn having a day out.

Le Pic chevelu a 4 doigts. Son plumage est noir et blanc. On le reconnaît à la large bande blanche qu'il porte sur le dos, aux plumes externes blanches de sa queue et à son bec noir, fort et pointu, presqu'aussi long que sa tête. Le mâle adulte, contrairement à la femelle, a aussi une tache rouge à l'arrière de la tête. Les jeunes fraîchement sortis du nid ont souvent des points rougeâtres ou jaunâtres sur la tête.

My final day in Greece, I decided to explore the Acropolis. It was a very awesome experience. Saw the Theatre of Dionysus, the Pantheon, and the Erechtheion. I love crawling through old ruins and trying to imagine what it was like in ancient times. It's almost hard to believe that I visited the birthplace of democracy. Of course, on the day that I visited, the weather was threatening to rain. Which it did, but it only sprinkled thankfully. Allowing me to take these awesome photos.
