Several attempts at capturing Hay bales in the fields behind my house... the leading lines implied through the cut of the crop added a new perspective; the rays from the sun are subtle however support the image.
Lines, shadows, and vanishing points — Cologne’s Chlodwigplatz subway station becomes an architectural stage in black and white. The wide-angle lens reveals the bold geometry of escalators, staircases, and columns, frozen in a moment of striking contrast and perspective.

I personally like to place buildings in context of their surroundings, and when you're in mountainous terrain they always look so tiny and frail. The compressed perspective that a 70-200mm can give adds to the drama.....
