Tall buildings look more interesting when I look through the lens lying on my back. Anyone else find the same?
Location: The Goods Line, Sydney, Australia.
This cactus hanging on the wall I thought I would give it another perspective in view and it does matter.
One of my 2004 photos taken at an odd-angled perspective. I wanted to accentuate the height of the building and make it seem like the tip pointing up was reaching for the sky.
This is the photo that was chosen by the author of the book, The AVA Guide to Travel Photography, as the introductory photo to the section on Skyscrapers and Towers. I didn't know until I received my 3 free copies that it was going to be in that particular spot, but I did feel gratified that it was chosen by the author to be published as he is the original founder and editor of the magazine, Outdoor Photography.
I have been making 12-month calendars for several years now, using my photographs. This one is in the one for Glass Reflective Buildings as well as the one that's entirely John Hancock photos. In both cases, I made it the cover photograph. I made a total of over 50 different calendars using my photographs, but I lost all the set-ups for them so I could print them after I changed the days for the respective years when our former Tewksbury home burned in a 2-alarm fire on 2/17/18. Unfortunately because of the fire, I lost all my set-ups for these calendars and haven't been able to recreate them yet as I haven't learned yet to learn newer programs to do so,

Variations in perspective of an area at Røsnæs.
Røsnæs is located at the most western location of Zealand in Denmark. This aread is a beautiful place to visit at all times of the year and a wonderful place to hike, with good trails.
I particularly like the hazy look.
The photo I took one frosty early morning. About -30 and the sky is clear. I just waited for the moment of the first rays to touch the temple in the distance. The perspective of the good day ahead, the perspective of the soon coming spring. Take a deep breath, life is nice.
Thank you for all the comments and faves, my friends.
Zabriskie Point, Death Valley, California. The vast ever changing valley is amazing. This point is famous for it's sunsets. the man standing will put this in perspective.. it is vast!

Perspective, in context of vision and visual perception, is the way in which objects appear to the eye based on their spatial attributes; or their dimensions and the position of the eye relative to the objects.
In the depth of this winter's coldest period, we hiked out to a favorite spot to enjoy some quiet and solitude. Avoiding people here isn't easy as it's a popular spot. Starting out early, choosing a weekday, and doing so during a snowfall ensured we were the first ones here. If you stood still and listened in the silence, only the sound of snowflakes falling on your shoulders was audible. To me, it's a great way of getting some perspective.
The frustration of stop & go traffic eased by the view of beautiful sunset falling over the city as a blimp circles nearby.
