She made the bathing suit herself as she did most of her clothes. She posed for me on this colorful bed at a friend's house. For some reason her beautiful red hair came out looking dark brown in this color slide.
Since i've returned from camp my minds been going back through the memories. "/ I miss my friends.
I've started a book.
So far it's incredible.

Melbourne Airport. The airconditioners were off (to save power) and our flight was very late. The corona virus scare has lots of people with masks - but most don't wear them properly or the wrong type. This one is not fitted as required (both straps should be on - no airgaps). And he was watching the news channel discussing the virus. Silver Efex Pro 2: Kodak Tri-X 400TX Pro
While choosing a photo to post today, I spent possibly too much time deciding if I should select this one. I had a feeling that I’d featured these fluffy, floating orbs–the Magellanic Clouds–too many times throughout 2020, and didn’t want to bore anyone. After a quick flick through my published images for the year, I found that this will be only the third time since January that I’ve brought them to you, and I hope that you’ll enjoy another look.
Despite their names, you’re not looking at clouds but two dwarf galaxies that are travelling through space with our Milky Way galaxy, at the relatively close distances of 163,000 light-years and 206,000 light-years from us, respectively. My photo managed to capture them both in the same frame, but that gap between the two irregular dwarf galaxies has been measured at around 75,000 light-years. Southern Hemisphere observers–and some from the lower northern latitudes–can see the Clouds in the night sky, even in light-polluted cities such as the one I live in, Sydney, Australia.
To create this photo, I shot eleven individual images of this part of the sky, then combined (stacked) those in software so that I could reduce the amount of digital signal noise in the scene. For each one of the eleven frames, I used a Canon EOS 6D Mk II camera, a Yongnuo 50mm f/1.4 lens @ f/2.0 using an exposure time of 8.0 seconds @ ISO 6400.
I love the sea, come hell or high water, as they say, and we did get some high water on our passage back across Bass Straight. And then there is always the birds to greet you at every turn. It is a personal thing, to love the sea they way I do, to know her at her best and at her worst, most people would not even dream of traveling the seas like I have done.

One of the key services provided by the federation is the IPF Distinctions service.
Individual photographers present their work before the distinctions judges, who assess whether the applicant should be awarded the relevant distinction applied for.
I'm really happy that the judges awarded my Licentiateship panel today. A big thanks to Bill Power for his kind words on my photos, especially referencing the people shots - my personal favourites.
Looking forward to shooting some awesome people (You know who you are) for my Associate panel next.

Personal care I remember being up near the front, left of the main entrance. This is pretty much a common arrangement for Kmart, and non-reversed Walmart stores as well (except for those odd, early Impact Walmart stores that moved the pharmacy into a box in the middle, and dragged this department to the middle as well for some odd reason)!

The Chrysler 300 "letter series" are high-performance personal luxury cars that were built by Chrysler in the U.S. from 1955 to 1965. After the initial year, which was named 300-C, the 1956 cars were designated 300B. Successive model years given the next letter of the alphabet as a suffix (skipping "i"), reaching the 300L by 1965, after which the model was dropped.
1955 C-300
This first of the letter series cars did not bear a letter, but can retroactively be considered the '300A'. The 'C-' designation was applied to all Chrysler models; however for marketing purposes the numerical series skipped more than 225 numbers forward in sequence in order to further reinforce the 300's bhp rating. The 300 originally stood for the 300 hp (220 kW) engine. The C-300 was really a racecar aimed at the NASCAR circuits that was sold for the road for homologation purposes, with Chrysler's most powerful engine, the 331 cu in (5.4 L) FirePower "Hemi" V8, due to the hemisperic shape of the combustion chambers, fitted with twin 4-barrel carburetors, a race-profiled camshaft setup, solid valve lifters, stiffer suspension, and a performance exhaust system.
The car's "Forward Look" styling can be attributed as much to the Chrysler parts bin as designer Virgil Exner. The front clip, including the grille, was taken from the Imperial of the same year, but the rest of the car did not look like an Imperial. The midsection was from a New Yorker hardtop, with a Windsor rear quarter. There were few options available including selection of three exterior colors (red, white and black) and only one color of tan leather interior.
Every year I post some autumn pictures. In the first series 2011 Katja B. noted: "a series of leafs, you should do it more often :-)". You can see her pictures here: www.flickr.com/photos/15178447@N00/

This year there are some pictures from very personal places in Lödla, Thuringia and in Berlin, Soviet War Memorial. Places, that remind me of Katja B..
The medium format pictures are shot with a Hasselblad 500cm and a Kodak 200 Gold film, whereas the 35mm pictures are taken with a Leica M6 and a Kodak 200 film. I mounted her Tele-Elmarit 90mm.

The night runs away with the day
The grass that was green is now hay
The world goes around without even a sound
And it looks like the summer is over
The rains tumble down in the sky
Young swallows have learned how to fly
The leaves that were green are no longer so green
And it looks like the summer is over
The sun and the moon take turns in the sky
The days drift on by too soon
The meadows are kissed by a cool autumn mist
Far away now is June
The birds fly away to the sun
The leaves touch the ground one by one
The breeze hurries by without even goodbye
And it looks like the summer is over
The sun and the moon take turns in the sky
The days drift on by too soon
The meadows are kissed by a cool autumn mist
Far away now is June
The birds fly away to the sun
The leaves touch the ground one by one
The breeze hurries by without even goodbye
And it looks like the summer is over
And it looks like the summer is over

Sorry for the lack of updates over the weekend. I've been finishing up those secret Christmas presents for a customer and processing a bunch of alpaca.
I've been thinking of ways to expand what we're doing and been getting frustrated by the limitations that lack-of-funds bring.
I didn't want to feel like that so I've ended up having a bit of an emotional day. Getting back to my roots. You can read about it on my personal doll blog (which i'm going back to using for non-wig shop related posts)

After a long, hard night of shooting, nothing feels better than a visit to a 'personal sauna'; helps me unwind before the long drive home...
Personal sauna unit in the ladies' bath area of the Baker Hotel in Mineral Wells, Texas.
Learn more about this remarkable old hotel on my Baker Hotel Set Page.
Night, ambient sodium & mercury vapor, turquoise red & yellow-gelled strobes, natural flashlight. Composite of two exposures; one of the overall scene with the light painting, the other of me in the sauna with the door open, lighting my face with a mini-maglite at arms length.
