Takatoku

This pendant was custom created to house an aquamarine colored beach glass heart. The pendant is sterling silver and features a cherry blossom pattern on the front. It measures about 1-3/4" (40mm) wide by 1-3/4" tall by just under 1/4" high (6mm). The beach glass piece fits into a cut-out that matches its shape and it is held in place by a floral patterned prong. The pendant connects to a 20" round snake chain via a handmade sterling silver bail featuring a flower from the pattern used in the rest of the pendant. I finished this necklace with one of my hand forged spiral tension clasps.

Polymer clay, pearls, anodized aluminum and steel strand neckpiece

I made the aluminum repousse tree, then riveted it onto copper. 1.75" x 2.25" without the bail.

These pendants were created using polymer clay stripes, that were colored with a silkscreen pattern from Moiko afterwards.
