Silhouettes of the fishingboat, the fishermen and the birds create a feeling of peacefulness. The end of another sunshine day. The golden sheen lighting up the sea makes is appear almost molten. Tranquility .

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

A Peaceful Weekend at My Summer House:
Sometimes all we need is nature, sports, and a peaceful environment! I dedicated this weekend to myself and relaxed at my summer house. This weekend was like therapy for me. I enjoyed canoeing on the water, then I jumped into the cool waters and experienced the healing power of sports 🏊♀️. All of this purified my soul and body. Give yourself breaks like this too, believe me, it's worth it!.

What an amazing relaxing place. There are 2 parks next to each other. This is the less traveled one because of the name. But I can promise you, if you want a better chance to see Manatees, this is the park to come to, not the Manatee Park.
A quick greeting from the local woods.
Unfortunately, I don't have time for more today, as I've invited myself to my parents' for lunch (and I will need almost two hours to drive there).
So enjoy with me this peaceful moment in this photo, which I was able to experience here in a forest in my hometown of Sebnitz, while I watched the evening sun wander through the trees and with it the small islands of light across the forest floor.
The last morning of the trip the weather didn't know what it wanted to do. It rained, the sun came out, it got cloudy again. It did however, result in this mini rainbow over one of the distant hills.

A peaceful and beneficial garden visitor, this is a black and yellow mud dauber (Sceliphron caementarium) wasp.
Even though they have bright warning colours, these wasps are not at all aggressive like other wasps. They are solitary parasitoid wasps that build nests out of mud.
After building a cell of the nest, the female wasp captures several spiders. The captured prey are stung and paralyzed before being placed in the nest (usually 6-15 per cell), and then a single egg is deposited on the prey within each cell. The wasp then seals the cell with a thick mud plug. After finishing a series of cells, she leaves and does not return. The larva spins a cocoon and pupates. Eventually, the hatching larva will eat the prey and emerge from the nest.
Stings are rare due to their usually peaceful nature, however nests are aggressively defended.
I love to visit old cemeteries, The gravestones are so unique and ornate. Looking at all the old graves helps my imagination to
run wild and free .
