On the left the antenna (3), reciever unit (2) and self powered LCD 2.5"screen (4). Both fit into a neck bag (not shown) which is worn on the front of the flyer and thus keeps the antenna orientation correct. It is reasonable to assume the kite flyer will not turn his/her back on the kite! Although bulky compared to a whip antenna the signal strength is suberb allowing a low powered video transmitter to be used. The screen fits comfortably on top of the RC controller (1) which is modified with a demountable antenna for transport.

SGRR 502 is displaying a patch on the side where they had to do some HEP work.
