Omg, I actually made something!! It's been too damn long..
7 months ago I got a new gaming laptop and have been hooked playing games like Team Fortress 2 and Skyrim. So that's why I've been gone for a while. Why do video games have to be so addicting? Anyway, once Team Fortress 3 - I mean Overwatch was coming out, I felt the urge to build again.
Who knew a pink mech would be so frustrating to make?
Another video game related picture,eh? :) I've never played Overwatch (And probably never will) but I just made a quick Tracer for fun. Also to have an excuse to show a leak of some of my collection. ;D
Parts: Kai hair, Star Wars pilot head, Kraven the Hunter fur collar, tan arms, black hands, Dengar torso, and Snowspeeder pilot torso. (Almost made entirely out of Star Wars parts! XD)

Recently, a new comic has appeared, where we were shown a genji from a blackwatch. I really liked him, so I already did it. Therefore, I already have two brothers Shimad.
The first of many Overwatch characters to come, i made this guy in LDD first to get the feel of it and then built him up from my collection. Still needs an eye print which im working on and will hopefully be done soon.
These are the Overwatch minifigures for now.
Next two figures are probably going to be the Widowmaker and Bastion (Bastion will transform into his sentry gun mode!)
BTW these minifigures here are: Junkrat, Zenyatta and Soldier 76.

First of all, I haven't played this game.
But, I was seduced by the design of two characters : Mercy and Reinhardt.
Here is the first one.
Your favorite time traveling, English hero.
I tried as hard as I could to integrate her orange visor, but it just made her look like a robot, so I settled with a blank face.
I've been looking at trying my hand at some more character builds, the character designs from Overwatch are a good challenge. If all goes well, I'll have at least one more done before Brickworld.
So I'm uploading again!

To kick off 2017 we have Mercy from Overwatch.
Now I know I said I was going to upload Roadhog first, but he isn't finished yet.

Mercy:
This figure guys. She has been in the works for quite a while. I started her back in August, if I'm not mistaken.
The wings are made of plastic which was chopped and painted. I used the supergirl head, because I like how it looks with the hair. Speaking of, The hair is one of those swooshy ones with a bun. The "Swoosh" was cut and glued to the back for a braid, and the front is "Sculpted" on. The halo is some part I was using on Saw Gererra, but it looks better here. The torso is 100% painted, along with the legs, arms, and paper details.
Her staff is made of a rod, with a piece of a gun glued to the tip. The three prongs are from a wolverines claw, and the bottom is a modded hand.
Her gun is made from a freebie I got from Brickforge(?) which was chopped substantially.
Overall, I really love how she turned out, and think she is one of my best.

Version 2.
So yeah Mercy 1 was a bit rushed, but i wanted to keep my 3 character kill build streak going and wasn't as polished, after agonizing all day I I refined it a bit, changed up the torso assembly, and most importantly the wings - thanks to Tim S for the awesome suggestion for the flex tube and robot arms.
Now I'll have an unstoppable trio with Bastion and Reinhardt.
This summer I found this sow with 4 cubs in a woodlot in GSMNP. She bedded at the base of a large red oak tree as the cubs slept. The vastly contrasting light and a heavily forested canopy made it difficult to get light on her eyes. I came away with some keepers and this is one of my favorites. I'm grateful for my time in the woods and this is an encounter I will not soon forget.
Hodge Close is one of those locations that's perfect in all weather conditions. I'd spent the morning getting soaked from the rain when the clouds started to drop into the valley below and swirl around the trees. This hanging Silver Birch made a perfect subject.
I realized I didn't take a picture of the back of Reinhardt ... for those that play him, or to be fortunate enough to be on his team, you're probably more used to this view of him ;)
This is actually version 4 of Reinhardt, he's grown several more bricks since this one.
Looking forward to putting the whole team together in Chicago with TimS and Nick.
