I love how non-damaging bleach is in pixel form! I’m forever brunette in real life, and very happily so, but no commitment giant chunky blonde streaks without a single sign of frizz, dryness or any over-processing issues? I’ll sit here on my friend’s fence and ponder that while my pup ponders the risk/reward ratio of scampering through the gate to play with the horses!
Happy Thursday, everyone! Wine time is eminent! 💕🍷
just one picture as tribute to the Japanese tragedy, 10 years after.
The 2011 earthquake off the Pacific coast of Tōhoku occurred at 14:46 JST (05:46 UTC) on 11 March.
The earthquake triggered powerful tsunami waves that reached heights of up to 40.5 meters and travelled at 700 km/h and up to 10 km inland.
All of us know what tragic consequences occurred...

This is from Bull Creek park as well. I saw this this almost as soon as I parked my car.
Tomorrow is the first day of school and I'm really looking forward to it. Taking some photography classes along with a processing class...lol..I know!! Sad news for those who already think my images are over processed..:)
Hello my amazing Flickr friends !
I hope you are all well and safe ! I truly miss our daily interactions and your awesome comments and support. So I decided to publish a composite picture of the next important step in our life on the construction site, just to give an update. Yes, my friends, we are painting ! Well, I should say, my husband is painting since all other members of our family construction team have very little to non interest in painting or they are busy doing something else (like me for instance… someone has to cook for the painter !). Of course, we only painted two small rooms (my sons rooms and they are ecstatic!!) in our new addition but it is a very good progress for sure !! We are far from over but there is light at the end of the tunnel so I’m very positive !
And since we are celebrating Sliders Sunday today, my over-processed picture is very à propos, don’t you think ?
So what did I missed ?
FYI: I will have to take a « vacation » from my usual Flicker photo stream since my « studio » is unusable right now due to our renovations projects. I will try to publish a few glimpses into my « construction » life (however I doubt that it will be interesting for most of my followers) but I will not be able to participate in any challenges right now (or so I think…). Stay well and safe my friends !!
Have a beautiful day !! Mucho, mucho amor for you all !!
Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts.

When I saw the finished photo it reminded me of the 1961 movie Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea, one of my all time faves. In the movie The Van Allen Belt caught fire and was cooking the earth. Kind of like our weather is doing to us now. If you haven't seen the movie I highly recommend it. It has many fabulous actors in it. www.imdb.com/title/tt0055608/
Prepared for Looking close... on Friday! theme: Fruits (over-processed picture) using Deep Dream Generator and me.
And for Our Daily Challenge: Bananas (or other fruit)
Taken on a rare day off where we had a fab dinner at Marco Pierre Whites Steakhouse. Thank you to work for the voucher!
Flipped and over processed exclusively for Sliders Sunday!
HSS!
My little granddaughter Aliysa, 7yrs old, looks decidedly off-colour here! Do you you think she needs treatment?
Assignment was "Fruits - (over-processed pics)" - Our tangelo tree is producing. Taste is phenomenal...a perfect blend between oranges and tangerines. Wish they didn't have seeds, though!
Hello
Today's theme for the Smile on Saturday group is 'Over processed clouds'.

Happy Smile on Saturday.....

Water taxi on the Spree, at the heart of Berlin's government district. The buildings are, from left to right: 1) the Jakob-Kaiser-Haus, a parliamentary building named after Jakob Kaiser (1888 - 1961), a member of the Zentrumspartei, Christian trade unionist, and resistance fighter against the Nazi regime. 2) The Reichstagspräsidentenpalais which, until 1919, was solely used as a residence for the respective president of the German Reichstag. During the Weimarer Republik democratic panels were held there. Nowadays, it houses the Deutsche Parlamentarische Gesellschaft (German parliamentary society), a non-party association of members of the German Bundestag, the German state parliaments, and the European Parliament. 3), of course, is the Reichstag building, the seat of the German government. Hoisted up on the roof of the Reichstag building are the German national flag and also the flag of Europe (on the left, unfortunately, you can't see the wreath of stars here).
Processing-wise, I did a lot with Lightroom's new masking tool. I have mentioned it earlier, whenever I think that I'm done with the subscription and am finally ready to cancel it, Adobe comes up with something good that makes me "stay". The new (auto) masking tools in LR are such a "good something", they make it so easy and convenient to process different parts of an image with different adjustments. Since it's (Sliders) Sunday, I didn't leave it at LR adjustments, of course. I also went into Color Efex and applied several filters (please don't ask me which, I can't remember) for that "over-processed Sunday look" ;).
HSS, everyone, have a nice week ahead, and take care!
Find the light and it will show you the path. The path that is shown by your own light is the only path that is right.

Any cloud in the sky is a welcome sight when the temperatures are over 100, fantasy clouds in a fantasy world.
