Go Outback and beat'em! The 2013 Moomba Outback continues to edge out the competition with 3-event tournament precision, a price tag way under budget, interior comfort and a cool new appearance option. The wakes are flat and soft at line lengths ranging from novice to record-breaking. The Outback is an extreme value and considerably less than other direct-drive water sports boats. This Moomba is infused with versatility to appeal not just to a slalom skiing family, but those who like to do it all. For the board riding set, Outback comes standard with the folding Oz Tower, Digital Cruise and the new Surf+ platform. Get even higher at wakeboard speeds with the available Gravity I ballast system and optional Multisport Wakeplate. The interior comfort includes a walk-through open bow lounge, a new adjustable driver's seat, a redesigned dash and a convertible rear seat that extends the sun pad to extremely relaxing proportions. The Outback looks as good as it makes you feel with the new available Ramp graphics and the ability to add gel coat color to the interior. This ski boat is ready to go with standard features like a Sony Sound System and Boatmate trailer. This Moomba doesn't just keep up with the Joneses, it beats them with price, performance, comfort and appearance. Let's go Outback!

The Birdsville Hotel stands at the edge of the Simpson Desert in the heart of the Australian Outback. Note runway is simply a cleared area with white markers. Huge sand dunes nearby.
Plane was parked at the end of the runway just outside the famous hotel of this settlement.

History
Birdsville was known as Diamantina Crossing from 1881.[3] Later the name Birdsville was adopted believing to be on account of the prolific bird life in the district. Proclaimed a town in 1887, Birdsville was located at the border of South Australia and Queensland to collect tolls from the droves of cattle being moved interstate.
Many of Australia's pioneering European explorers travelled through the Birdsville district well before the town was gazetted. Monuments to acknowledge the feats of Captain Charles Sturt, Burke & Wills, Cecil Madigan and others are located throughout the town.
Birdsville had a population of over 300 at the turn of the twentieth century. It had three hotels, a cordial factory, blacksmith store, market gardens, police and customs facilities but after Federation in 1901, the tolls were abolished and the town fell into decline [4] to about 50 people throughout the 1950s. Livestock trade kept the region alive and in recent times tourism has joined cattle as the major industry

This is the floor at the New Hartford, NY Outback Steakhouse.
Up until today I ate there 2-4 times a month for the past year and a half.
Today my wife and I walked in, on the way to our table we heard other tables complaining amongst themselves about the service and once seated we overheard the table next to us discussing how they sent back their food.
We ordered drinks, I had coffee. The waitress brought coffee that was hot, along with sugar and cream, but not a spoon to stir with. No spoons on the table either. 15 min wait for her to come back, now the coffee is cold. order cheese fries and bloomin burger, get cheese fries. while eating the fries, 3 or 4 flies attack our table, getting all over our food. after an hour and ten minutes wait, our food arrives. My "medium well" burger was burnt, dry as sand, and smelled like it was picked out of the dumpster from 3 days ago. At that point I called over the manager, had her take my food off the bill, paid (after another half an hour wait) then got the hell out of there. They just lost a lifetime customer because their waitress and cook were high as a kite.

I was driving in the Country when I saw this Veterans memorial park.
I stopped for a while just enjoying the Day and decided to take this Photo.
