Project Origin é a seqüência do famoso jogo de tiro em primeira pessoa F.E.A.R., desenvolvido pela Monolith. Embora apresente um nome novo, o título segue o enredo e é condizente com todo o universo de seu antecessor.
O título foca-se mais na história do protagonista (um soldado com a habilidade de movimentar-se muito rapidamente, dando a impressão ao jogador de que tudo está em câmera lenta) e da pequena garota Alma. Entretanto, todo o terror, medo e ação, características mais marcantes da série, estão de volta de forma ainda mais intensa.
A destruição em Project Origin é ainda mais presente e chocante. Ao atingir um tiro de escopeta em um adversários, por exemplo, é comum ver membros decepados ou cabeças rolando.

L’origine des pierres fossilisées
Célèbre pour ses fossiles de l'ère Primaire, la pierre de RISSANI, n'est intéressante qu'après polissage.
Elle est extraite dans le Sahara marocain près de la localité de RISSANI (d'où elle tire son nom).
C'est une roche marbrière pétrie de fossiles, principalement de céphalopodes, qui n'apparaissent que si la pierre est polie.
Dans le cas contraire le fossile se confond avec la pierre.
La roche est très dure, elle possède un coefficient de capillarité nul.
L'âge de ses fossiles est daté du Dévonien supérieur (environ 360 millions d'années).
La majorité de la faune est composée par des Goniatites, Orthocéras et Ammonites des Coraux et quelques trilobites.
Des oxydes de fer et de carbonates confèrent la couleur noire à la roche.
In the United States I’m a vegetarian but here in Ecuador I have had to manage an extreme influx of meat in my diet. Ecuador does not have a large industrial meat system like the United States and most of the meat in the markets here is sold by the individuals who raised the animal. At first seeing the meat so closely resemble the animal, such as these cuy (guinea pigs) on sale at the market in Gualaceo, was jarring because it wasn’t the unattached slab wrapped in plastic that is often presented in American supermarkets. However, here in Ecuador I have built a stronger connection to my food simply because I can go to the market, talk to the woman who raised and killed the cuy herself, and know the true origins of my meat.
