Truth does not live at the surface, not yet.
We are not transparent yet.
Truth is occult.
It lives in the depths, and materializes in a double realm, visible and invisible, like the seed.
That's why we need an education that will help us to develop our powers of knowledge of the double realm.
And that's why our great teachers ask us to experience paradox, to experience the opposites, to awaken in ourselves a soul-filled awareness, and an imagination, inspiration, intuition which are paths of knowledge between (human) and universe.

It's taken me forever to finally get this image right. I've been working with it on and off for months, mostly because I couldn't figure out what it needed. Tonight I was able to achieve a breakthrough, and I'm very happy with it.
(The colours aren't exactly correct here on Flickr, but I can live with it.)

This superb 72-foot catamaran capsized today (10/16/2012) in the Golden Gate. Two helicopters the Coast Guards and many small ships were on site for rescue. The wind and current were very strong and the "ORACLE " drifted away upside down toward the ocean.

Oracle Shopping Centre in Reading, Spring 2006 - the day of RFC's promotion parade.
Early morning, alone, incredibly hungover yet eternally happy.
Still studying this building to try to get some interesting shots in the future. Lighting plays a massive part in the appeal of a building. It seems so lifeless right now without the apartment lights, but even the hint of lighting on the right makes it interesting, though I must admit the appearance on the left is quite appealing also. It's hard to choose which is the 'best' looking shot. I realise the bottom of the right-hand shot appears a bit blown out - it's very bright. I think this building could be a ripe candidate for HDR. Can't wait for the opening.

The Bamboo Oracle is an elusive figure who hides in the bamboo forests of China, trying to avoid humans. But every once in a while someone catches this insightful sprite and demands a reading of the future. I teach this doll both as an online class and as an in-person class.
