She's a beautiful doll, but her knee joints are really week, so I could only photograph her sitting or on a stand.
Thinking about it, if she cannot stand on her own - she could use a wheelchair.
Now she reminds me of Oracle (Barbara Gordon) after she got shot by the Joker - paralyzed, tied to a chair, but not broken - going on to do things she always did. A strong-minded and strong-wiilled woman.
The fuselage structure of the Oracle Challenger III flown by Sean D. Tucker is made of aluminum tubing where instead of connectors, each tube is drilled and the next tube inserted and welded, creating a networked series of voids that is then pressurized with nitrogen gas- this is then connected to a pressure gauge in the cockpit- should a crack in the structure develop, the gas pressure drops and Sean D. Tucker is instantly alerted of a problem. Ever since the Batgirl Pullip was announced I planned on getting two, one to keep as Batgirl and one to turn into Oracle. For non-comic fans Oracle is who Barbara Gordon aka. Batgirl becomes after being crippled at the hands of the Joker in the Killing Joke.
As the Oracle, Barbara is indispensable to the superhero community as an information broker where she relies more on her keen intellect and computer skills to fight crime in an increasingly technological world. She eventually goes on to found the Birds of Prey crime fighting team with Dinah Lance aka. Black Canary.
During the recent DC relaunch Barbara Gordon regained her ability to walk in the comics (The Killing Joke still happened but she was eventually rehabilitated and able to walk again).
