Throwdown at Crossfit Oneworld. 8 Teams of 6 Crossfitters from affiliates around the SF Bay Area compete for bragging rights at the Throwdown. Teams split into groups of three. The forst three move a stack of fifty 45# bumper plates and fifty 25# bumper plates 70 feet. The second team of three then moves three 100# six foot punching bags 1/2 mile.
Lifting off for Shanghai (PVG / ZSPD) as flight AA 188. Australia, South Korea, Japan, and China are all represented by the tails parked on the west side of the Tom Bradley International Terminal.

American logo-jet with a load of skiers on a short final to the Eagle County airport just outside Vail Colorado.
All ready for the freshly trained aircrew from LAN Airlines to board and fly to LA, then Santiago, Chile. Just one of those special days at Future of Flight.
Also decided not to really edit this photo so people can see what I have to work with out of the FZ40...and it's a good base to work with.
