i was stressed about the dentist cause i hadn't been in like 2 years, but today.... 1 cavity (whatever), 1 filling that needs fixing, and they want me to get my last 2 wisdom teeth out (okay, okay) and then get braces again (uh, no).
best part? they give you these goggles and let you watch movies! they have a whole library of DVDs they bought off the street (!!). i watched Walk the Line - obviously filmed by a guy holding a camcorder in the theater. awesome!

(seen outside the indie toy store on (9th btw 2nd and 3rd). btw, no kids want indie toys. especially indie toys targeted at smart kids. even the dumb kids want legos!

Opera Gallery (Spring & Mercer, almost across from Burton Store) is really worth walking thru every now and then.
I need to go back and see how the artist made the carpet / shoelaces. I'll try to get some better up-close pics. (you can see some of the magic if you click "All Sizes" but I'm still confused by this)
Looks like Neuros Open-TV platform is the way to go, but this all
seems harder than it should be. Anyone know anyone that's hacked
around in this space?
